Leonie West’s Circles on Quilts Spinning Brand Template Ruler allows you to recreate this 11-1/2″ wreath easily. You can get up to eight rotations when using this ruler, but please note that this requires a little more skill, as the design requires you to float to a different number of points. Please note that the Circles on Quilts Spinning Branch Template Rulers are specific to the type of shank your machine uses: low shank, high shank, or longarm.
